The Gwinnett Village Community Improvement District (CID) is a special benefit district supported by commercial area property owners. The CID provides vision and leadership that has become a catalyst of change for southern Gwinnett County. The CID currently generates over $2 million in annual revenue to increase property values, promote economic development, and improve the quality of life.

Jimmy Carter Bridge Replacement
The Gwinnett Village CID recognized the importance of addressing the hampering traffic conditions on the Jimmy Carter Boulevard Bridge and is moving forward on a new gateway bridge for the community and the region.
